"DO NOT PAY, DO NOT BUY- absolutecigars.com is a bunch of scammers. Placed my order , thankfully not much but still just over $100 . Paid by CC (reported back to my bank to dispute the payment, not sure if it will work ) . After placing my order, I immediately began receiving unusual texts about shipments that had odd phishing links. I also started receiving a lot of phishing emails that contained links and attachments. Straightaway, I recognized its source. When I called the AS customer support number, I got a bogus message saying that the website was changing and that everyone was busy. Fake as! All emails sent to AS info went unanswered. Such a bunch of jerks. nonsense, you c!!nts."

FRAUDSTER PLAIN AND SIMPLE..DONT BUY FROM THESE GUYS
"I think what happened to me has happened to others when you read reviews. AC will take your order then send 'something' in the post...if its international at least, Perry Williams at AC will purposely put a completely incorrect customs declaration on the goods, saying its, as i`ve seen from another review, 'stationary' or something unrelated...not cigars, knowing that customs wont pass it through even to pay excise duty. But will send the package back to AC and which point, they get their package back..they have your money and you`ll never hear from them again. Ive imported many cigars from both US and Euro companies and this is the only one ive ever had returned back from customs..some get excise to pay - fair enough, and i pay it gladly, and i recieve the cigars..this is the first where customs wouldnt even clear it through..so something was very wrong with it to deny themselves potential excise revenue ! I have taken steps to make problems for this company..im not going into more detail. If you have been defrauded by them I suggest you do the same."

"I bought 12 premium cigars to ship into Australia. Cigars came in perfect condition with perfect packaging retaining humidity. Absolutely no issues and I would recommend Absolute Cigars.it"

buyer beware, no replies at all..
"not sure if you got your cigars from absolute, but im filing a dispute with my credit card at this point.... cant get a reply from them and voice mail stays full... been ordering since 2016, they used to be great with great service, now no one answers....."

I should have read the reviews---customer service is terrible
"Incredibly disappointed that no one could respond to my e-mails and no one answers the phone for customer service. I really would have expected more. International customer that will not be purchasing again....I guess no one is interested in repeat customers. FYI...I read the review on their website...I should have done more research. They do not respond to e-mails, you can not leave message with their customer service. I will end up going through my credit card company if need be. I would not recommend this company"

Don’t waist your time or money
"Customer service is a joke. They don’t return messages or emails. Their policy for returns is contacting them so they could organize a refund within a certain amount of days. Which is fine and dandy if they would actually respond to voice mails or emails. This went on for 2 months. ( well past the return date) This company tells you what you want to hear on their website but don’t follow through, especially when they have your money. They got the better of me cause I returned the package to them, tracking shows they received it but still haven’t heard from them in over 2 months. They basically took my money and ran."

I wish I have seen their ratings before ordering!
"Disappointing! My order dispatched Aug 17th and until this moment - Sept 21st - no update! Followed up with USPS and they said they purchase service doesn’t include tracking!!! I followed up with local post service and they said no reference for it in their systems! Never will I order from them again! I’ve sent Absolutecigar emails with no reply!"

"This is the worst company ever for buy cigars from. I can’t say how much I wouldn’t go back they don’t send the cigars or give the money back 5 mails and still haven’t heard a thing please save your money and time go somewhere better they are criminals"

"Been trying to get a hold of these guys at Abolute cigars, and no response, been over a week, ive tried e-mail, fb msg, call, went through there own website to send a msg. Nothing. I just wanted an update on what we should do as the cigars have been stuck in Jamica and not moved at all for 4 weeks. now i'm trying to see a refund But trying to get my money back as i haven't received my cigars is an absolute JOKE, no pun intended. as these guys wont contact you. They hide behind computer, since they are online base, they only post good reviews on there website, and it doesnt give you an option to leave your own review. Sorry i wont recommend my Australian peers to buy from these guys no more."

Scamers, they have stolen over $1400 from me in my two most recent orders amd then deleted my order history...
"To begin with I loved them, three successful orders, they accept crypto and the orders were trackable and arrived in a reasonable timescale, considering the worldwide current circumstances. Since then I have received absolutely appalling customer service, the worst, they ignore all emails and queries about orders that I have paid for and are either marked as processing or completed. They've literaly taken my money and stolen it, they've already got what they want, my money and for whatever reason they have decided to stop fulfilling my orders, despite them all being over $500 and me starting to turn into a regular, high spending customer, instead they are theiving from me. I am currently looking into how to have Absolute cigars held to account for this, they are literally stealing from their customers, what on earth are they doing???? I have two outstanding orders, totalling well over $1500 altogether, they completely ignored countless emails for well over a month, then FINALLY responded and admitted that they had an issue with receiving more than $1000 of BTC in a 24hr period and because another customer (in Canada), had also placed a Bitcoin order, taking them over the aparent $1000 limit they have/had, they then shipped out the more recent and lower value order (around $600), which I could track (was apparently sat in customs, but who knows if that was even my order with this unreliable, lying company). THEN, this week, they have sneakily deleted and re-registered my account, conveniently for them deleting all order history with no explaination at all and so far, no response too requests for information at all. This has still not been received and for some reason (again, they are ignoring my emails so I have no idea what is happening, months of this now). So I am now waiting on an order I trust (what an idiot I must be), is on it's way out to me The prior order for around $850 they said was not paid for(Absolute lies), all shortly before conveniently deleting any record of my orders for meto see. Despite me haveing paid for it, 100% without a doubt, wy would I place another order 3 weeks later???? Paid for with with Bitcoin.... the order wouldn't/couldn't have gone to "Processing" if I hadn't paid for it, it says something like "Awaiting Payment" So they've taken my $1500, deleted and re-registered my account so any history is deleted. This company is notjing but scammers who seem incapable of responsing to emails. I am currently going about emailing the FTC explaining the situation At this stage, if they are going to steal from me and then ignore me completely, I am going to let everyome know that this is what Absolute Cigars do and this is how they behave, illegally and heavily anti-consumer, I have never dealt with a supposedly genuine company who behave like this IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY, DO NOT SHOP WITH ABSOLUTE CIGARS, THEY ARE ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS, STEALING MONEY AND DELETING RECORDS THAT PROVE ORDERS HAVE BEEN PLACED, PAID AND READY TO SHIP. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ALMOST NON-EXISTENT AND THEY CLEARLY HAVE A MALEVOLENT OPERATING CULTURE I have done everything I can to resolve it but after they have deleted my history and re-registered my account, it's clear they are bad actors and spreadingthe word is my only way forward. Please leave bad feedback here if you have experienced any of what I describe, companies like this need to be dealt with quickly, before they do too much damage. Want good cigars? There are ciountless other options, Cash based, Crypto based, you name it. Absolute Cigars are the only company to have behaved like this, I am literally shocked at their behaviour, ABSOLUTELY unbelievable."
