"I was initially very happy to finally find and exact replacement for the bamboo flooring that we originally had in our home. So I order the flooring, and when delivered it was just a wreck, torn boxes, chipped and cracked pieces and who knows what else. We ordered this early to make sure we had it for our home flooring project. So we have not fully opened all of the boxes to see how much more are damaged. I called and explained and was told to take pics and they would replace the boards damaged, well I am not sure how many more are damaged still.
So as a back up plan we called and ordered the last 8 boxes of this same LOT #, and when delivered it again was a disaster, we were out of town for the recent holiday, but had arranged with my neighbor to receive the flooring. I was not notified on the day of delivery and the company just set it outside the garage door. My neighbor found it and called and said it was damaged, again torn boxes, even worse damage than previous order. And to make it worse, we received 8 boxes of what was supposed to be the same LOT #, out of the 8, only 2 boxes were the same. I did not see or know this until we arrived back home on a Saturday, 12/23, and because of the holiday nobody to call or try to get this rectified until now, and upon calling all I get is a recording. So needless to say I am only able to give 1 star, when it should be ZERO star's. Lets see if they call of help to rectify this terrible service"
