"It is a very complete store: all the parts I needed to repair the shift linkage were found there. We are talking about a Euro 500SL 1982 Mercedes which is a pretty old car and parts are often very difficult to find. For these parts (and other which I have previously bought there), AutoHaus served m very well."
"I received it via FedEx without extra charge in about a week with tracking number. The price was much, much, much lower than other sellers. Happy to order again more items..."
"This company is in my view the worst that I have dealt with in many years. I ordered two struts for my vehicle on February 3rd. 2025. The FedEx tracking number which they provided, stated that it would arrive on Saturday, the 8th. No such luck. I waited until Monday, the 10th. to contact the company as they have very limited hours of operation. Aaron, the online live assistant was both rude and not helpful. I emailed the link sent to me to review them (what nerve!) to complain that I had not received the items. I am still waiting two days later to hear back from them!

"I just washed my car the day before and all was well and went on a 4 hour drive to get on my cruise and when I pull up to the terminal, noticed I was missing a center emblem from the wheel. So since I had time, did a search and found it on the website. And since I had nothing to lose, I ordered it and it was in my mailbox upon my return. And went in like a glove and seems to be an OEM part, it has the Germany stamp on it and the it has BMW numbers and markings on the package. For the price it was worth the risk and turned out great for me!"
"Ordered OEM windshield wipers for my E63 s AMG . Package arrived with correct part numbers but WRONG CONTENT inside . Box was opened and re-taped on arrival . They are OEM windshield wipers of an old Mercedes model , not for the E63s AMG , according to local car shop . They refused to refund . No exchanges either unless I want to exchange for wipers with different part numbers !!! Very low class , not honest , cheating shop .. !! Stay away from this place . Of course there are a few people lucky enough to get the correct items , but that numbers are few and between . It was bad !!"
German parts company making parts in China and not mentioned on autohausaz.com
"Mahle is a German company. For my Mercedes-Benz, I had two choices for oil filters: Mahle or Mann for close to the same price. I chose Mahle only to discover upon delivery that unlike the Mann filters, Mahle is made in China. On the autohauaz.com website listing for the Mahle filter, there is no indication that the part is made in China. I do not install Chinese parts on my classic 1985 Mercedes-Benz.
I will now acquire the Mann oil filters locally from NAPA and dispose of the two Chinese Mahle oil filters acquired from autohausaz.com.
My first order from autohausaz.com ($184.94)."
"I order oil filters for our older VW Golf’s. We have 2 of them and my wife dives about 1400 miles a week for delivery. Their prices are great and they get shipped right away!"
"The wrong part was sent so i had to send it back, they quickly exchanged it for the correct part without any delay in processing. Easy to deal with, fast and friendly."
"they use Fed-0ex
Fex Ex is awful! They left my box at the curb instead of bringing it up to o my house for security.
UPS is far better!!!
Also I don't like paying shipping . They shyold have free shipping for ALL orders (like Amazon does) not t just big orders!"
