"I was having trouble finding my account, because I forgot that it had been changed from the person who originally set it up. When I called, the Rep was very quick to find it and help me quickly process my order. Then, when I noticed that the price was more than double from the previous time I placed the same order for Evidence Grade DVD's, the Customer Service Rep was very quick to suggest a suitable replacement that was even less expensive than the previous order."

Great customer service
"When I called Blank Media, I was greeted by Steve. He helped this old man navigate the procedure to get some CDs printed. (I am not computer savvy). I still made a mistake while choosing one option and doubled my order. The customer service emailed me to ask how many I needed, because I had told Steve I only wanted 25, but my order showed 50. That is excellent customer service. I received a refund immediately. The quality of the CD printing was excellent. The turn-around was great. I was informed by email of each step in the process all the way to shipping. I did some searching for costs on this small project, and was amazed at the low cost at Blank Media. Several companies would not even take such a small order. Great company to do business with; will be on my referral list."
