Elite seals are prestigious banners given to retailers who are loved by their customers. To get one, a retailer has to consistently get high scores over time
"I ordered a ADE Advanced Optics RD3-012-PRO Series Red Dot Sight with Motion Activation Technology (Black). I received a ADE Advanced Optics RD3-012-NON PRO Series Red Dot Sight with Motion Activation Technology (Black). The design and specifications between the Pro and NON-Pro are completely different. Your online returns system is down and cannot contact anyone by phone. I would like a full refund. Thank you."
"I had questions prior to purchase of an expensive lighting kit and the person with whom I spoke with was friendly, courteous, experienced and answered all my technical questions and actually helped me complete my order via the call. Interestingly, while other local competitors, as well as the manufacturer, had already taken the kit in question off sale, Focus continued to offer it at a worthwhile sale discount that prompted my purchase. Delivery was timely. I would definitely consider purchasing from Focus again."
"I entered focuscamera.com through the United Airlines MileagePlus Mall because at the time they offered 2 miles/dollar at Focus Camera. Under the headline "Shop these offers available at Focus Camera", I chose the option "5% off Everything. Ongoing. Use code: FOCUS5OFF". After choosing my lenses and going to the Checkout page, upon entering the code "FOCUS5OFF", I was given $5 off, not 5% off (a huge difference on a $2346 purchase). This is probably a programmer's mistake (I checked and it's still there today as I write this), but it looks like bait-and-switch tactics. At this point I was ready to give up and shop elsewhere. I called Focus about this and, without acknowledging this discrepancy, the agent directed me to the new customer sign-up for newsletter deal, which IS 5% off. I am pleased and satisfied that, in the end, i got the discount I was led to believe was available, but the whole experience leaves me a bit lacking in confidence regarding any future purchase."
"I ordered a sony receiver that Focus camera claimed comes with speaker wire and plugs. When I received the package no wire or plugs. They refuse to make it right. So they are a bunch of lying crooks."
