"A day after I ordered the Galaxy 111 phone I tried to cancel the order because I located my lost Galaxy phone. My attempts were made via E-mail and calling various numbers, to no avail. The recondition phone I received 4 days later was defective with a loose charging port that would not properly charge the unit.
Because of this horrible experience I would never consider buying anything else from Gadget Chest. I have a worthless phone that I cannot use and am out of $185.00."
"I ordered a used iPhone a couple of weeks ago. I was not home when the package arrived, so it went to the post office. When I went to retrieve it, no one at the PO could find it. They had me call USPS. I did. They called the PO, which confirmed they still couldn't find it. I was asked to file a claim on USPS. When I put in the tracking number, I was told the package hadn't been insured. But when I log into my account, it is classified as "USPS First Class Mail Insured (2-6 Days)."
It will be a week tomorrow that I wrote to Gadget Chest to try and clear up the matter and find out what my options are. Will they resend me the phone? Will they reimburse me? What is the point of insurance otherwise? I first contact them through their form online, then four days ago, I emailed them. There is no phone number. I have not heard anything back. I am frustrated because I paid a lot of money and still don't have a working phone. Maybe things are slower in the summer, but at least they could have sent a response to let me know they received the message and will get back to me.
I'm still hoping to hear from them in the next week or so. If I don't, I will be smearing their name all over every review site there is until I get some accountability."

"We purchased a iphone 5 for our daughter for Christmas and we are already having problems with it. It's not charging properly and also when you shake it, the components inside shake as if something is loose ( kind of like when you shake a box to try to tell whats inside and the contents shift). This has been protected since Christmas with an Otterbox case, which we paid a lot of money for. I felt the warranty wasn't long enough (14 days). That doesn't give much time for anything! Unfortunately, I would not purchase anything else from this site again. I would also recommend that if you do purchase through Gadget Chest, consider getting an additional warranty like square trade."
