Deceptive and horrible service
"About the worst online seller I’ve ever experienced. I know it’s hard to compete with Amazon these days, but this company is actively working to screw their customers. I bought a computer that was listed as brand new but received a refurbished unit instead. The unit was also non-functional, nothing could be installed or updated due to hard drive issues. It should’ve been a simple return turned into three weeks of making calls, sending emails, leaving messages and fighting to get my money back. They actively put you through hell hoping that you’ll give up or your 30 day return window will close. You get shuffled to all kinds of other companies who actually handle Insight‘s shipping and returns, and no one ever calls you back or returns your messages. They promised several times to have the return issued within 48 hours, but this is just a delay tactic and you’ll start the process over again multiple times. If you ever bought anything from Amazon, walmart.com, bestbuy.com, CDW, or literally any other online retailer you’ll scratch your head why this company still in business."

Cancelled order without any notification
"Placed an order a few weeks ago for multiple laptops. Didn't receive a tracking email, go to check my order two weeks later and realize that they took my order but zeroed out the items on it. Customer service was unhelpful and dismissive, recommend not using this site due to the horrible customer service and overall bad customer experience."
