"I use to purchase from MMOGAH about a year ago. All my orders were delivered almost instantly. Now, they don’t accept major cards, no longer paypal, only gift cards and the prices have dropped, SIGNIFICANTLY!!!! Now all i see are negative reviews, why? Bc now theyre scamming ppl for gift cards."
"i completed my order and paid, and now 9 hours later still havent gotten my ingame currency, they say they cant find my order, even tho i send them print screens from the "completed order" page..."
"The worst service I have ever had from a gold farmer. Barely would talk, didn't look over my entire purchase before asking me questions that had nothing to do with my purchase. Asked me to send him a bunch of personal information that I shouldn't have to send paying with G2A. Told me he was going to cancel my order because he didn't look over the receipt. I will not be buying my gold from this website unless action is taken either to compensate for my time wasted or for the lack of respect given on your end."
"I've bought from them in the past and while they were fast at what they provided they use their position in Google Rank in order to Price Gouge like crazy. To give you an example I decided to bring crafters and gatherer's up in FFXIV so I bought aout 100 mil in gil from them just because even if I gathered EVERYTHING I knew I'd still need to pay for gear. That cost me nearly 300 bucks. Their attempt to make up for it doesn't cut it, they offered a "Free 5 mil" after charging me TWICE what it was going for on Playerauctions. I just looked and put another order in and it was over 100 dollars cheaper. The guy I bought from was faster at delivering too, he traded with me AND had another send me gil through the in game mail system and it ended up taking far less time than the arduous process of trading the entire 100mil 1 mil at a time.
Let this be a warning to other potential customers of the company: MMOGAH uses it's prime real estate on the Google Rank system to Price gouge, there are other sites out there like Player auctions and You will save and an arm and a leg using them if you need Power leveling or Gil. It'd be far cheaper to up the order to include the "Bonus" than it would go with their paisley free 5 million.
Just for some context t his is my order back in feb: https://i.imgur.com/cKxh6Ch.png
Similar order on player auctions: https://i.imgur.com/7blQBBw.png
you might be thinking "OKAY but gil prices have probably come down since feb of this year?" and That is true but it doesn't excuse it.
if you are still doubting https://i.imgur.com/au1eeui.png This is what they charge TODAY. They even throw in a FREE 5 mil YAY right?
Wrong. Same order for 105 on playerauctions https://i.imgur.com/vYdpfEm.png one charges 164.05 for 105mil gil.
the other? charges 269.00
That's over 100 dollars cheaper for the same thing. Let my experience with MMOGAH be a lesson to you if you're reading: shop around. Compare prices. especially on the web, be suspicious of sites with high page rank because they will use their premium real estate on the internet to price gouge."
"I placed an order with MMOGAH.com 2 weeks ago and since then I have been waiting for what I payed for. I have submitted 2 tickets for the order placed but have had no response from them though chat or email. Money was taken from my bank account so I contacted the BBB, there has been many reports of Fraud/Scam for that company"
The guys are terrible. They advertise items they dont even have in stock.
"Be sure to ask ahead of time if you are in any sort of hurry to get you stuff, because they advertise that they have items in stock which they actually do not. Be careful when ordering if you're on any sort of time constraint."
Youll be banned within 24 hours, if you even get the gold
"This is the WORST gold buying experience ive ever had. I only bought 50k gold. You will be banned within 24 hours of buying this gold, i lost a 12 year old 500$ account and they avoid giving you a refund until youre out of the 24 hour refund window, I asked for compensation within hours of them sending the gold. They avoided the compensation for 2 days, i asked 2 times and they acted like it was never brought up. Then told me i was outside the compensation window. Theyre a scam. i told no one i bought gold, me and my girlfriend were the only ones who knew. we never even saw the gold, we logged in to a ban message and the email said we were banned for real world trading. their whole company is a scam. today they tried to sell me an unbanning service, instead of giving me my compensation."
"I bought Gil at a time when Gil was $6 per 2mil on Gilgamesh (normally $30). I checked in with them 3 times via the "chat with us" how my order was coming and they told me they were "working on it" as their account had gotten banned. I had no problem waiting for my Gil. Then 3 weeks later after 3 "chat with us" sessions and an email later, they tell me there was a system error and cancel my order. I patiently waited 3 weeks for them to cancel my order due to an "error". They never mentioned an error in the weeks before and I never received an email stating there was an error. I'm really upset."
