Great Customer Service
"The customization process is very easy. I called and spoke to an actual person. I needed help from their designers to make a modification, and they were very helpful. The only thing wrong with their website is that they have the measurements transposed on some of the sign dimensions."

"I had to call because when I tried to order online the picture kept changing the text of the sign. I spoke to Michelle who verified there was an issue and told me she would get it fixed. changed the color
"I had some signs previously made and they came out great. I wanted to add more to the parking lot, bc we have an issue. I looked online and found what I wanted custom made, but the choice of color was either black or green. I wanted red and white. I was instructed to go ahead with the order, and when i came to the next page, there was a place to have it changed. I asked for the changes, they emailed me what it would look like, I asked to have one more change, and they did the change, emailed me another proof, and I approved that proof. Great Job and very easy to work with them."
