Newegg basically left our small business stranded and forced to pay more for a different card now.
"It used to be a reliable computer component supplier. Not any more. We'd rather buy from Amazon or BH Photo Video now.
Bought components for a new computer build, about $1,200 worth. Received a bundle discount.
After 3 weeks, one of the cooling fans in an expensive video card failed. Contacted Newegg asking to send a new one first (charge me) and I will swap and send the failed one back. Zero help from NewEgg (Marie S.).
Per her, the card is out of stock. Would not give a bundle discount for me to purchase another card as a replacement."
"Over the years, I've had several orders canceled by Newegg. These are generally hot items where I was able to actually place an and received confirmation, then an hour or two later was told that the order was canceled.
They make no effort to make it right. You are not on a waiting list for the next shipment, they will do another frenzied drop later. It's a huge waste of time and energy because you spend your day planning around their drops, you order and then your hopes arise before being crushed.
They also charge way over MSRP, and seem to prefer scalpers over everyday consumers."
Purchased item did not work. After going back and forth with seller it was determined it was not compatible.

"I made a couple orders and apparently they broke them up into several more. My card confirmed purchase with me, which was a "decline" at Newegg. They didn't show that in their cart though - after the card succeeded, I got a success message. Then the orders got cancelled because of a "decline" and now they are out of stock for Christmas. I can't believe how screwed over I am after doing everything right."

I had purchased the 3 year extended warranty which should have also been refunded but it was absolutely impossible to get through to the company and new egg was no help at all. "I have had a few experiences, both positive and negative. New Egg has always been swift and courteous about resolving concerns, but my recent attempts to purchase a pre-built PC have been especially rough. New Egg "renewed" seems like a flagrant attempt to sell refurbs while pretending they are in "like new" condition. It left me feeling like I couldn't trust them the same after that.
I did have success with a "New Egg Renewed" 2080 card. Seems to be doing well so far."

Otherwise, the machine is decent...I don't really see how this can be remedied without returning the machine--that I paid a pro over $500 to set up for me. I then had to order another phone elsewhere & had to wait longer to replace my personal cell phone.
