"I started using prospect Plus in 2021 when a fellow agent that I worked with an office showed me their service. Since I started using them, this has been a game changer for my business and I now attribute pretty much all my business to them I played around with some other postcard companies, but prospects plus is the most simple out of the box experience in terms of sending postcards. Great concept but not user friendly
"I love the templates and idea that I can create a mailing list within minutes to get my marketing out successfully in a timely matter. However, I have run into too many glitches. The find my address and geographical features at times get stuck. I have not been able to create lists for some specific high end communities. Customer service was so very cooperative and helpful but said this was a one time assistance. I now am running into the same difficulties and again am in need of assistance. This is an expensive marketing tool but ini my opinion can be very effective. I just hope these challenges can be addressed and the system can be easier for us users."

I think the confusion may be that if we do not have data available in our data sources, we can not access that for you. A conversation will clear up the issues and hopefully provide a better solution.

My First Order
"My first order went smoothly, it was easy to create the postcard and creat the data base that I needed. The bonus was being able to download that data base that I could keep as my own for any additional things I want to send out.

You can have full bleed on custom designs that are uploaded and it sounds like that is where the confusion is coming up. In order to have your design full-bleed you will want to follow the provided artwork specifications to size your design properly and it will print full bleed for you. If you wish to have us review your design prior to placing your order we are happy to do so. Just let us know and we can assist you to make sure you get what you want. We are here to help.
