"An emergency unit-down occurred late in the day. I found the pieces I required on Santa Clara System's website and called to confirm the stock situation. After confirmation a quote was received and an order cut inside ten minutes and shipping confirmation received almost immediately. Overnight a tracking number was sent to me and even in our precarious shipping times(COVID) the items were here the next day.

"We were facing serious a environmental problem and Santa Clara Systems came thru with the parts EXACTLY as they promised. Would I use them again - Absolutley! They had it in stock and shipped immediately and we received it when they promised. As much as I dislike saying it not all vendors can match their promise with their actions but Santa Clara did and I am confident they will again. THAT is what is critical to us when a process is 30% crippled and we need a part.

"We sent a list of parts we no longer used on Jan. 11, 2017. On Jan. 23 Santa Clara sent us a purchase order for the agreed upon price. On February 23, we sent them an invoice for the parts. We have contacted them several times about payment. We received 1 email stating that the person handling our account had been out of the office and would take care of payment. It is now April 18th and we can't get anyone to respond to phone messages or emails. I have requested to either pay the invoice or send our parts back. Still waiting on a response."
