FAKE KM HOOKAH WARNING
"Bought a km hookah, received a km vase but the hookah stem\top was a knockoff. It had no branding, feels very light and cheap and has bad airflow. Also it came in a km box but it was destroyed and taped together. I am not happy with my order and I wouldn't recommend southsmoke."

Long time customer no more
"Was a customer for years. Would have a few crushed coals now and then but never had to deal with customer service. Until they sent me the wrong order. First they call me and tell me that i have to send my package to the right customer. And the otber customer would send me mine. After thinking about it, i decided to just return it. I dont want someone else touching my stuff like that. When i asked "what if the other customer doesnt send it?" Im told "then i will be even greater in your debt." The most unprofessional thing ive ever heard. I was told they could not overnight me a new package. After dealing with them for a few hours Im told the fastest they can get me a new order is 5 days because "our packages have been picked up for the day". The irony in the fact that i have to go to the post office now just to get my own money back but they cant send me a new package is insane. Just find another company."

Bad topacco
"I am costumer with south smoke for one and half year and they always make a mistake and they didn’t even answer one time they send me wrong flavor and when I contact them they close the sell phone while i am talking also they always giving me an old topacco which is very bad taste"

TERRIBLE COMPANY
"AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. Do not know how this company is still in business. Only has one new account rep who doesn't know how to do his job. Shady business. Does not know how to treat new clients who are trying to spend money. DO NO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. Filed a complaint and the owner never got back to me! EVEN THE OWNER DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO CONDUCT BUSINESS. Go to other hookah wholesalers."

"My only positive comment about South Smoke Shop is the low prices. I ordered on 8/4 and my order wasn't shipped until 8/9. It arrived on 8/13 and 3 cartons were missing. Tried to call, but always received just a recording, and email wasn't answered for 3 days, when I was told that my email had been forwarded to the billing department. Huh? I sent another email that wasn't answered. I finally reached someone on the phone on 8/23 and after the woman left me on hold for several minutes while she checked with someone else, I was told that the missing cartons would be shipped right away. We'll see. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN. I'm going back to Tobacco General, which has almost the same prices and VERY GOOD SERVICE."

"Terrible experience, took weeks to ship, when things arrive they are old and stale.
Complete lack of customer service, and respect for customers
I was supposed to get a $5 discount as a return customer (2nd and last time buying from these crooks) and they never applied it even though I mentioned it multiple times.
Horrible experiences with these guys, don't take your chances, there's plenty of better and cheaper online retailers out there"
