"I wanted to add a compact subwoofer to my truck and decided on a Clarion SRV303. After searching for a good price, I ordered from Speed and Sound. I immediately received an e-mail telling me the product was backordered. After waiting a week or two, I was a bit skeptical and decided to call. To my surprise, I immediately got a very helpful person on the phone who explained that the product really was on backorder, that my credit card would not be charged until it was shipped and that he was going to call Clarion to check on the status. The very next day I received a call back telling me that Clarion had shipped the product to Speed and Sound and I would be receving it within the week. Sure enough several days later I received the product as promised. I'm very happy with my experience."

"Was looking to buy an Infinity Basslink for my car. I did quite a bit of research and these guys had the lowest price ($220). I e-mailed them twice with questions, and they got back me very quickly. So, I ordered the Basslink. The only bad thing was that there's no way to pick a shipping mode - all shipping is via 2-day UPS Air. And, they ween't shy about charging me for it either."
