"I returned a pair I ordered that I didn’t like and it was past the return policy time. I reordered a pair right away. The new pair was sent out very quickly and I like them a lot. The customer service was fantastic from start to finish. Will definitely recommend them and I have in the last two weeks to several people."
"Not really what I expected. The glasses are not hinged which makes them difficult to place in a pocket. The earpieces are a little long and apparently not adjustable (bendable). I contacted customer service and received a link on how to adjust glasses other than what I purchased. BTW, chat was not available. I doubt that I will be purchasing again. The prescription seems to be fine."

"Overall a good experience. The options are not fully intuitive. For instance, I couldn’t find the option for no-line bifocals, so I wound up getting lines, but I won’t wear them because of this. That pair has turned out to be a waste of money, unfortunately. I do LOVE the ability to “try on” frames with the camera."

Not as perfect as I'd hoped. Please check everything before ordering
"After many years of getting amazing glasses for the first time I'm so disappointed. I ordered glasses like always i check measurements and they seemed great then they arrived. They are so small looks like they're kids frames when it clearly says adult. These glasses will not fit my face what so ever. I'm sad because they weren't cheap and I customized them thinking it would be similar to my older ones that got discontinued. Even the sizes seemed to be similar but they are definitely no where near the same size."
