"I needed a Cardo Freecom 4+. I called the store. They had one in stock. I asked them to hold it for me. Drove to the store and bough it. The very pleasant salesperson offered to install it in my helmet, but I didn't take my helmet with me.

Alpinestars Gloves, 100% Love
"Had to get me some new summer gloves & as usual, Cycle Gear is my 1st choice. Of course you can go online & buy gloves. But, I'm one of those hands on try every pair OCD kinda guys & these people get that! No judgement, just want to get me into something that fits because they know, I will be back within 24hrs if they ain't right. So, I was shown about a dozen pair of gloves that fit the description I gave & walked out with the Alpinestars & love them. Thank you for your patience & more so for your understanding."

Helpful and informative
"The guy was super helpful he told me how to fit my helmet and what he would recommend as a new rider, he took the time to help me size my foot with over the ankle shoes and gloves that would be proper for my motorcycle endorsement! Happy with the products! He was very considerate of pricing."

"Normally I like cycle gear. It’s nice because they generally have a wide verity of gear allowing you to find exactly what you are looking for.
However it seems every time I go now the experience gets worse and worse. Last week I took my girlfriend in to get a new helmet after we checked the website and found some designs that we liked. Once we got there however they only had one helmet that was similar to what we were looking for but almost all of the helmets were either minimal stock/variety or the display was the last one. We hate shopping online for gear because it’s always nice to try it on before buying but at this point it seems like that’s our only option going forward"
