HORRIBLE, STAY AWAY, DO YOUR RESEARCH!!!
"Absolutely HORRIBLE!!!!!! I ordered a large sweater for my husband for our vacation. It took longer then expected & when we received the sweater it looks like it was made for a 7yr old child. I asked to exchange it, (was past the 30 days) & they refused to exchange it. Why would that be???? They gave me a 20% off my next order??? Are you CRAZY???? I will NEVER order from this company again & by looking at the reviews neither would anyone else! STAY AWAY!!!!!!"

"This company doesn't stand by the product and quality they sell! Its a scam! The dress smells horrific (has nothing to do with shipping because I received another dress that didn't smell), quality of material is terrible, the proportions of the dress are NOT cut to size and it has nothing to do with anything other than a dress that was NOT made properly. Another dress I purchased (same size) fit fine!!!!
I paid over $100 USD for this dress and shame on this company to offering me 30$ USD to keep the garbage they sent me or to return it for a refund of 60$ USD and its going to cost me more than that to ship it back so they can scam someone else! Lets not forget the other option they offered me of 50 % percent off another purchase or reorder another size. What part of you selling very low quality apparel doesn't the company understand. None of this is acceptable"

"I ordered two dresses, one dresses is wrong colour, I ordered is burgundy, they send to me is red, and the wrap of shoulder that piece not fit to wrap my shoulder, I requested to return and refund, they don’ t want refund, they wants me keep this item and pay me$15, but the dress price is US$117, I reported to PayPal, this company not good to respond, I won’t trust this company, the products are good, but you mush careful to check their online details before order, after that it is very difficult deal with them for refund."

"I recently bought a $142 dress that did not look like the picture nor was it fit per the size chart. When I requested a refund, it took the company several days. I emailed, messaged on facebook, and sent them a live chat. All that for them to tell me that I would only get a 10% refund on their mistake. SCAM company."

Do not buy from them
"Did not get my merchandise after one month. Never got an email confirmation of order or the shipment. Thank God i took a picture of the order. No telephone contact. Live chat is vague and difficult to contact. I am calling my paypal to get my money back"

"If I could give no stars, I would! I ordered two items. 3 weeks after ordering I received an email stating they shipped. FROM CHINA. I kept checking my mail, the package never came. I emailed their customer service and they replied quickly stating it was delivered and to check with my neighbors. Obviously I did but no one saw it. I emailed back and explained this and never heard back. COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY! DON’T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!"

"I WOULD NEVER ORDER FROM TBDRESS AGAIN!!!! The dress that i did get was a beautiful bridesmaid dress ($125.99), however it was too small! The sizing was wayyyyyyyy off!! Long story short, i was told to pay ANOTHER $25 re-send fee and i had to pay almost $50 to ship it back...beings the wedding was within the 30 day mark by this time, they still hadnt received the dress back yet. I was told that i can purchase another dress with a 30% discount and when they received my dress back i would get a full refund. I was assured by 2 different people before i made the purchase that i would get the refund. So i received the second dress that was wayyyy too big...smh (i only went one size up) I had to pay a seamtress $25 to take it in for me. A few days later i received a email from them stating they received the dress but it was damaged and i can only get a 30% refund!! I asked them for pictures of the damages, then they said it had a smell so they had to throw it away!! A smell?? really??? Mind you the dress was way too small for me to even wear and on top of that i sent it back in the same bag the sent it to me in and i decided to put in it a box...so there is no way it could've been damaged!!! I filed a claim with paypal to try and get my money back.
So now they are trying to say they gave me a 30% refund back already!! But that was the discount i was offered for buying the second dress!! smh I been going back and forth with these people for almost 2 weeks!! I've spent $365.00 so far and im not happy!!!"

Don't waste your money
"Don't waste your money! I custom ordered a $135 dress from this website to wear to my best friend's wedding as her maid of honor. Not only the dress was delivered later than the stated date, the dress was 2-3 sizes bigger than my custom measurements I had entered when purchasing it. I requested a return address and a full refund. They said I cannot return the dress because it was custom made for my measurements. I argued that these were not my measurements. They requested pictures with my measurements and measurements of the dress and I sent it. The measurements were 5-6 inches bigger than my size. I explained that the item was faulty. The size was completely off, and I have no use for the dress, as it was not as described, and does not fit its purpose. They offered me $50 credit to make alterations. I spoke to my seamstress and she said that the dress is so big that adjustments were unattainable. Now I am stuck with the dress with no use for it."

Horrible experience! Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else!
"Because of their positive reviews, in March, I decided to take a chance and order an outfit for my daughter's wedding. The promised arrival date of the outfit was April 10. I ordered expecting the outfit to arrive on or close to the 10th. On April 18, I had a 9 day vacation planned. My order still had not arrived. The package finally arrived on April 19, the day after I left on vacation. When I returned, I immediately tried on the outfit and found that it was WAY too small. I ordered the size that I always purchase and wear without any problem. My mother who is 3 women's sizes smaller than I am could not wear the outfit as it was too small for her too! The true American sizing of the outfit was a size 0. I immediately contacted the company to return the item. Their response was that it was one day past the refund date (7 days) so they would not refund or exchange the item. I pointed out that the only reason I was unable to return the item on time was because their shipping took far longer than promised. It had arrived well after the promised delivery date and the day after I had left on vacation. I requested that they please accommodate me by at least allowing an exchange. They were super unhelpful and refused to assist in any way. Now I am stuck with a totally shoddy outfit that is way too small for anybody to wear. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere that is reliable and stands behind their products!"
