"My recent order was missing a couple of items but was easy to get it made right. I used to order more items but my glass items were frequently damaged so I stopped ordering anything that came in a glass container. I’ve noticed that they’ve changed their more fragile items packaging and I’m probably going to try to order the items that I used to get via Vitacost and see how it goes.
Unfortunately, the app just doesn’t work well for me so I order online for optimal effectiveness."

"My package was received on Friday or Saturday and I immediately sent an email about my bottle of sovereign silver arriving with the bottom completely broken off. I’m disappointed that I never got any acknowledgment. I’ve never had this problem before to the best of my memory."
