"Easy order online. The frames i bought looked like wood and cyanne and thats not the case its clear plastic for both shades which makes them see through brown and light blue see through. which didnt show well in the picture or description. The first order i made hasnt even come yet. And is stuck in transit somewhere. Not thrilled but i ordered offline what do you expect"

"I ordered myself a pair of glasses and they sent me the wrong frames and lenses. I reached out and they sent me the correct pair. I didn’t like them so went to return for a refund. They wouldn’t give me a refund because they claimed it was my second return, even though it was their fault I received the wrong pair the first time. Terrible service and I will never order a pair of glasses from them again. Also, impossible to get ahold of a real person. I am only able to talk to robots. Don’t order from them!"
