"I order items on a daily basis and few companies "get it" how to provide outstanding Customer Service. These guys do. I ordered 10 bulbs and one arrived broken. You know the feeling - do I try to open a dialog and hear - oh - you have to file that with the shipper, da de da da da, etc...
In one call and less than 60 seconds, the issue was resolved and they apologised for the broken bulb in shipment which was not their problem.
I will definitely order from these guys again."

Immediately emailed about the 25%. After the code expired Linsey Whiteside emailed back saying she wouldn't grant the 25%. Have only done that a couple of times @ other vendors yet EVERYONE OF THE OTHERS GRANTED THE DISCOUNT. Yeah, I know, it's on me for not entering the code. But their site protocol is a bit tricky in that the chance to enter the code @ checkout doesn't exist. Threw me a curve & I missed it! Cost me about $67. When you are retired that's real money. Darn!
