"I order items on a daily basis and few companies "get it" how to provide outstanding Customer Service. These guys do. I ordered 10 bulbs and one arrived broken. You know the feeling - do I try to open a dialog and hear - oh - you have to file that with the shipper, da de da da da, etc...
In one call and less than 60 seconds, the issue was resolved and they apologised for the broken bulb in shipment which was not their problem.

"Converted from 4ft T8 fluorescent tubes to LED tubes cutting out the ballast and direct wiring using the shunted ends. I couldn't be happier with the results. 4000K was perfect choice for my garage and I know have the perfect amount of lighting. It takes about 5 minutes to do a conversion to a fixture, so I was done with my conversion of six 4-bulb fixtures in about an hour including ladder movement etc.
I only wish these were also sold in 10 packs, so I could do some additional remaining lights. 25 pack as a minimum just costs too much to do the remainder when it's more than double the amount I need."
