"I order items on a daily basis and few companies "get it" how to provide outstanding Customer Service. These guys do. I ordered 10 bulbs and one arrived broken. You know the feeling - do I try to open a dialog and hear - oh - you have to file that with the shipper, da de da da da, etc...
In one call and less than 60 seconds, the issue was resolved and they apologised for the broken bulb in shipment which was not their problem.

"I ordered bulbs that cost $8, there was no shipping option offered at checkout. when I completed my order it showed me that they charged me $14 for shipping. When I asked to return the bulbs because they weren't what we needed I was told that I would have to pay for shipping them back and they would not refund the outrageous shipping cost they charged me. I'll never use this company again. Oh by the way I'm not sending the bulbs back since it would cost me at least another $8 to ship them back USPS. Overall a horrible experience and a less than ethical company to do business with."
