"I order items on a daily basis and few companies "get it" how to provide outstanding Customer Service. These guys do. I ordered 10 bulbs and one arrived broken. You know the feeling - do I try to open a dialog and hear - oh - you have to file that with the shipper, da de da da da, etc...
In one call and less than 60 seconds, the issue was resolved and they apologised for the broken bulb in shipment which was not their problem.

"I hate to even say anything bad here, but if anyone reads this it may alleviate their worry as well. I received my bulbs super fast - well packaged and undamaged and ready to install. Awesome. But two days after receiving them, I got an email saying, "Your bulbs have shipped!" and it set off a minor panic - did I double order by mistake? Did someone swipe my card? I know, I know - hardly a complaint, and it has nothing to do with the quality of work or the product. But maybe a little better coordination of the email notification service and the actual shipping of the product would lead to that "perfect" experience I know they strive for. I would ALWAYS recommend this company and their products."
