"I order items on a daily basis and few companies "get it" how to provide outstanding Customer Service. These guys do. I ordered 10 bulbs and one arrived broken. You know the feeling - do I try to open a dialog and hear - oh - you have to file that with the shipper, da de da da da, etc...
In one call and less than 60 seconds, the issue was resolved and they apologised for the broken bulb in shipment which was not their problem.
I will definitely order from these guys again."

"I bought their recommended 8' LED florescent replacement lamps for a commercial coffee roaster customer. These are for the ceiling fixtures in their warehouse.
Using the lamp manufacturer's life rating, in this application (on 10 hours a day) they should have lasted 20 years. The first one failed after 3 months, now 2 more... so one by one they are failing and rather then sending out a better quality replacement at their cost, they are issuing pro-rated credits (sigh).
To me this means they do not test the lamps or source high quality products, so beware that failure might be a common experience. Also, prorating the credits is sleezy and means they do not stand behind the items they recommend.
Will I buy from them again? Nope!"
"I bought some expensive high quality lamps, one (out of three) was defective. I called, asked for a replacement lamp, and also added another lamp to the order. They charged me shipping on the new lamp, instead of putting this together with the replacement lamp, which was the reason why I called. I also wanted to return two additional lamps that I bought incorrectly, but the process was difficult and again they hit you with shipping fees both ways. I said, ok, I am keeping these two lamps since it is my fault I bought them incorrectly, but can you at least refund me the shipping cost on the other lamp that was supposed to be shipped with the replacement of the defective lamp that you incorrectly shipped me the first time? They said no. Total of my order was above $200, and they said "no" to refund me $13, but apparently they were not even sorry that they shipped me a defective lamp. I have several light installations to complete and I am going to try another company next time. "
