"I order items on a daily basis and few companies "get it" how to provide outstanding Customer Service. These guys do. I ordered 10 bulbs and one arrived broken. You know the feeling - do I try to open a dialog and hear - oh - you have to file that with the shipper, da de da da da, etc...
In one call and less than 60 seconds, the issue was resolved and they apologised for the broken bulb in shipment which was not their problem.
I will definitely order from these guys again."

"When placing my order, I was repeatedly blocked by Cloudware software that the company is using. They were apparently also having computer issues on their end. I was later contacted by a very pleasant young man named Cash that told me they were out of one of the items I ordered and he arranged for a replacement. He tried to email the new order so that I could place the order and pay with Paypal. He tried repeatedly on his end to no avail. Apparently technology on their end was blocking the emails. He was finally able to get the email and the link to go through. I then was able to place the order. This did slow up the ordering process significantly. The fact that the bulbs I initially ordered were out os stock indicates poor counts or yet another technology issue. Even with great employees like Cash, that will not help a company with all these tech issues."
