"I order items on a daily basis and few companies "get it" how to provide outstanding Customer Service. These guys do. I ordered 10 bulbs and one arrived broken. You know the feeling - do I try to open a dialog and hear - oh - you have to file that with the shipper, da de da da da, etc...
In one call and less than 60 seconds, the issue was resolved and they apologised for the broken bulb in shipment which was not their problem.
I will definitely order from these guys again."
"I called, needing to find dimmable 75 watt equivalent LED can lights, since in CALIFORNIA they disallowed incandescents !! What a royal pain this has been. The whole house needs to be re-fixtured to accommodate the perfect LED lights ! Fortunately, I had a productive conversation with Chase, and he completely understood what I need to replace only the lights that needed to be. He sent me the Euri LED BR40 and these work !!! I am very grateful to Chase for his patience...and getting the correct solution !! Give that man a raise !!!!"

"Ordered 10 new/functional bulbs. Received 8 new/functional bulbs and 2 perfectly broken bulbs. Per your warranty policy, I would have to buy another case of 10 minus the credit for 2 bulbs. I wanted 10 bulbs NOT 18 bulbs at my cost. If I wanted 18 bulbs, I would have ordered 2-boxes of 10 to begin with. I am elderly and have dealt with many companies and never had to over purchase product to cover my needs when it came to a warranty issue. Any other company stands behind their product and customer and customer service usually take care of the customer and not act as promoting sales."

"I ordered two transformers of exactly the same specs as the old one that stopped working for my track lighting. This was in preparation of an electrician coming out to install one of them (the other was to be backup for the future). I matched exactly the specs of the transformer that used to work but stopped working. I ended up paying an electrician, thus wasting my money because NEITHER transformer worked. I called 1000Bulbs while the electrician was here, and we followed the instructions given by your person; I had the electrician hook up both transformers to a working outlet to get 120v in, and the picture I took on both showed NO voltage coming out of either transformer on his meter. I sent an email to you (as requested by your person) which contained two pictures of each transformer pluged in and the meter showing no voltage coming out, (plus a picture of the one that used to work so you could see that the specs on the old one matched EXACTLY the new ones you sent), for a total of 5 pictures. I asked for my money back because I don't trust you to provide one that works. In my email to you, I offered to return both transformers to you provided you provided (and paid for) the method you wanted them returned. I asked the company I hired (Conway Electric) to order a transformer, test it, and then come out and install it. I'm not happy with you because I wasted both my time and money using your company to help solve this problem.
