"I order items on a daily basis and few companies "get it" how to provide outstanding Customer Service. These guys do. I ordered 10 bulbs and one arrived broken. You know the feeling - do I try to open a dialog and hear - oh - you have to file that with the shipper, da de da da da, etc...
In one call and less than 60 seconds, the issue was resolved and they apologised for the broken bulb in shipment which was not their problem.
I will definitely order from these guys again."

I just re-wired a few holders to be shunted, and made sure that the two holders on each end were connected...then wired one end to the hot wire, then wired the other end to neutral. "

This place charges a fortune for shipping, but since I could not find LED candlelight frosted bulbs in any store, I broke down and paid the exorbitant shipping price, only to receive the bulbs and realize I could not use them because they have printing on the surface of the bulb. I have two large chandeliers that have multiple decorative 'candlelight' bulbs and having printing on the surface of the bulb does NOT work for a fixture where the bulb is completely exposed. I called to arrange a return, they sent me the wrong information and I had to call and email again to have them get it right. Now I have to pay an exorbitant price to send all the bulbs back because I cannot use them. Frustrated...
