Regardless of the reply from the company, to IGNORE the Facts do Not Change the FACTS !!!!
I use 3 other providers to Buy domain names for future use and I only use HONEST Providers who respect my Privacy and rights when I walk thru their door and don't sneakily keep my card details WHEN I specifically tick Don't Store details.
How crass of this reply to tell me to get another type of card so they make the call on removing funds out of a stored card, rather than the Client making an informed choice!! In your Dreams ??
I ATTEMPTED to use 2 valid working cards over a 3 day period. The cards worked on other purchases, why not here??
Of course I did not pay for them, the system prevented it. IE "THEIR SYSTEM FAILED TO TAKE AVAILABLE FUNDS FOR 3 ORDERS TOTALLING 50 NAMES THEN THE IDENTICAL THING HAPPENED WITH THE MASTERCARD" unquote. It is not compulsory to store card details when it is not set to "Auto Renew"?? This purchase scenario does not allow me to disable Auto Renew and so the card details are recorded against my will.. I Did NOT agree to store my card details as this Glib reply by the company man states, Most Definitely not.
Lastly from 15 FEB TO 21 FEB I HAVE RECEIVED 237, yes thats right; 237 EMAILS... Why no comment here Mr Rep??
The names are still not registered but after reading Posts here, I will phone them and try once more to register these names for my Grandkids!! I see that some posts have had unpleasant experiences, maybe it is easier over in India.. I am unsure ?? What I am sure of is that the company rep replying to my original post stick to the truthful facts.. Cheers

"I paid a high price for the *.organic domain and it's been 2 weeks now, and I have no power over my domain at all. I is pending some bizarre verification, even though I fulfilled the requirements. I feel tricked and disoriented.
What is the time limit to approve or disapprove my domain name purchase? 2 weeks? 4 weeks? A year? Maybe?
Or is someone in the verify.organic executing the GOD power symptom?

This is typical after a new GTLD is launched for certain domains to take a small amount of time longer to get processed and activated at the registry level. “Please not, the domains were never registered because you never paid for them. Our system did not fail to take funds, it was denied by the issuer.
Please be advised that it is in our privacy policy to not delete credit card information, which you agreed to when making your 101domain account. This is common practice in all renewable service industries. What you can do to avoid this is purchase a prepaid credit card and use that to make your purchases online.
