. I was not only direct users but also your reseller(NamePoy, Inc.) I think your site still exist some problems, such as: new orders processing time is slow, advisory reply mail is slow Of course I know register ccTLD situation is complex, just some users do. not think so. We need to accelerate this process. The other aspect is registered price no any advantage (including reseller price system). I hope say that these, cause your attention and attention, and constantly improve it.
