Not sure how to describe this better, but because the domain doesn't exist yet, what should I know about the process? How does it usually work. Will I get updates?

"Not very user friendly. No clear direction on what happens after you buy the domain. Is email included? No. How do I set up / link my email... Needed to submit many inquiries with very slow response rate and still no clear answer.

It's basically just a site to buy a domain. Not offering much else. "
