"I was treated very poorly by the staff after my purchase. Suzette sent an email to me requesting private information including, among other things, my credit card info. I had used PayPal to pay for my domain, and the payment had cleared, so they had no right to ask for that info. I was able to resolve the situation, but throughout the process I was spoken to in a condescending, disrespectful tone. Though the situation was eventually resolved, I do not recommend this company and will not be making any further purchases from them."
