"I attempted to edit this review and state that I am a longtime user who has used 101Domain to deal with a "difficult" foreign registrar (cc domain) and their service having them run interference for me and keep the domain registered is top notch.
I'm also very happy with the "free" add-ons like registering a DNS server and the redesigned dashboard maintenance console that allows you to easily modify not only DNS but MX and C records. (Very unlike the difficult to navigate interface of Shmetwork Shmolutons which is also trying to upsell you at every turn). I also like the two factor authentication feature with a Verisign (darned spellcheck, not "Version") card that helps guarantee that unauthorized folks and hackers won't try to mess with or steal your registered domains."

"Ordered a domain name that was available. Later refunded, and told not available, however the domain was not registered by another party until 2 days later. Not even prepared to discuss it. Terrible."
