Has nothing to do with registration. Int'l does take a while as I know from the 20 int'l domains I have.
I host else where and submitted for you to change to nameservers and we're approaching 48 hours and no change.
You have this note:
"Many registries can not process NS changes immediately, which is why there may be a delay between when you submit the request to change your DNS servers and when the changes are actually processed. "
I can accept not being able to change immediately but "there may be a delay" and the two-day reality we're in are much different.
Whether it's an upsell ploy for hosting services or procedural, either way, it's not acceptable.
From the other reviews across many sites on the Internet, this slowness seems to be the norm.

"Would never do anything with 101domains. I ordered a domain from them and at the same time ordered a domain with the same tld from marcaria. Marcaria delivered the next day.. i waited for another day and 101domains still didn't deliver. Finally, i was getting jittery that my domain might be picked up by someone else.. so I went back to Marcaria and ordered and yes, Marcaria booked it before 101domain. I have been using Marcaria for many years now and have over 1000 domain hacks, and was trying to use 101 for the first time.. luckily I had not used it earlier either!"
