We submitted tickets and emails to your support but we did not receive response/solution from your side within 24 hours.

Ticket ID #101CM-69155
We submitted this ticket on 23rd Oct 2013 but we did not received any reply from your support until 28th Oct 2013 (1 week time).
Besides, nobody from your support follow up the ticket.
Your last reply “Your order is now processing, and it should be done by the end of the business day.” But the domain pli-petronas.co.za is not renewed at all. It has been deleted and released to public today.
In the end, out client registered it with another Registrar today.

We need to get explanation from your management.

"I wanted to transfer from register.bg my Bulgarian domain (docplanner.bg) to 101domain.

The communication lasted over a week. On a chat asked for a Bulgarian domain transfer Your employee informed me that I need to type an authinfo code.
I contacted the register.bg customer support who told me that they're the only company to hold Bulgarian domains.
Then, on 25 Oct I asked Sagar in an e-mail to confirm that information and received the answer today (29 Oct).
It took 5 days to check that info?

Guys, I'll be honest: the only reason I stay with 101domain is the wide portfolio of country domains that You offer.
As soon as I find another registrar with similarly wide offer I'll transfer all my domains there.

Sadly, if someone asked me to recommend 101domain I couldn't.

I think You need to pay more attention o the quality (accuracy and speed) of your customer support.
