Basically a scam

"Even tho their site looks unprofessional and ugly and even tho their prices are incredibly high too, I bought there.
The registration and change of nameservers were normally fast.
But then after a couple of they wanted to "verify" my identity by getting a photocopy my government ID and, get this, credit card - If a registrar asks for this they are a fraudulent scam, never give this out to any random registrar
Then they deleted my domain and now I have to wait a full year to get it.
Never will ever buy from them again and you shouldn't too.

SPAMMER

"Since purchasing a domain from this company I have received dozens for phone calls and hundreds of emails asking me if I want design help or a logo. I've asked to be taken off their lists several times and continue to get the calls. They apparently added my email address to a distribution list which is the from address on the email so every person on the list that responds to the email is responding to everyone and it has been a non-stop S*** storm of email from people asking to be removed. Will never purchase another domain from this place."

After almost 4 days, support answered my ticket:
"This did not go through because the domain not available for registration. This has been cancelled and refunded..." what?? after almost 4 days domain not available???? pathetic....

Your user interface is still antiquated and is very very hard to use

"I'm with 101domains because you do international domain names. I'd like to stay with you guys, but your domain management user interface does have some serious issues.

Navigation is horrible, I have to click a LOT more on your site than on other sites. Please check hover.com and domains.google.com, they do it quite nicely.

Multiple fields to insert IP addresses? seriously? Last time I saw those was over 10 years ago. Just clicking to edit in place (and only one field so that I can use copy paste) should work without problem

Please please please take a look at hover.com and domains.google.com how domain and DNS management is done there, it is VERY much superior

Bad Service. Paid for domains not available.

"All ordered Domains were listed as available. 10 Days later I am told they are not available even after I was charged for them. Really? Get your information right. No other domain registrar does this.
Four domains were listed as available; .soy, .store, .org and another .store. All showed available on your site. Only to be told 2 weeks later after payment they were not available!
