"This company has some shady business practice. Order a domain .vn from them less than one year ago. They set my domain to auto-renew, 60 days! in advance, and then charge me a renewal price that is double what I original paid. I originally paid 79.00 (recurring) + 25.00 (setup fee) for a final total of $104.00 but the renewal price they charged me was $179.00! I didn't even know auto-renew was enabled. Their explanation essentially was that it was my fault that I didn't turned of auto-renew and that prices increased in Vietnam, so they have to increase the price. But guess what, when someone set to auto-renew, they are expecting to pay more or less the same price, not more than 2x the price!! And auto-renew was something they set in some obsure places. It took me awhile to find out where to turn it off in my control panel. What stop them from charging me $200, or $300 and $400 next time. It sounds more like bait and switch, where you charge someone less and charge them more later. Also, I've used godaddy.com before and their auto-renew by default is off, and certainly they don't charge 60 days before a product has even expired. Why don't they charge 6 months in advanced for auto-renewal. Some companies you used and you are happy with service and they go above and beyond. But some companies, they try to find tricks to squeeze more money from you and put the onerous on you to remove unauthorized charges, burying terms and agreement detrimental to you in hidden places. Stay away from this company and I would never used this company again. Way too many companies that can offer this same service! You can Google this company and read more about their poor customer feedback."

"I've experienced few problems with acquisitions ( slow process, hard communication with provider), i had to contact the country technical department to smooth the process.
In acquisition of simple email boxes, they refused the payment, send me email that had refused and the transaction never arrived the bank, not good.
Where there is a technical issue, it takes few days even for simple things."
