" i ordered a phone it said 5 to 8 days for delivery i didnot receive it. after 12 days i called they siad it was back ordered i asked how long he said a day . after 19 days i sent a email asking where it was no reply after 25 days i called and cancelled the order and odered from someone else .

"Worst customer service ever. They promised a new product, but sent a refurbished one that never worked. Then would not resolve a problem with the returned merchandise and did not give a refund. This seller is a total rip off."

"Don't buy from this seller! They shipped me an order that belonged to someone else. After numerous phone calls to them it took me almost 5 weeks from the date of purchase to find out I wasn't going to be able to get the GE phone I had ordered. They didn't notify me, I found out by the credit they issued to my credit card and then we had to call them again because they did not give us credit for the full purchase amount. They never contacted us with any info regarding the mistake they made on my order even though they had my email address and phone #. The only 2 emails I received from them was a tracking # for the phone I sent back to them. Duh, I already had that tracking #, since I had shipped the phone back to them. They did finally send me a call tag, but it took them almost 2 weeks to do that. At first, the rep told me I would have to pay the return shipping, so I asked to talk to a supervisor who told me that I didn't. The reps English was very bad and supervisor sounded rude when I called back in a few days to check on my order after I did not hear anything from them. They never returned phone calls when we left messages for them. Very bad customer service! I would never use this company again!"

"The product didn't work. The replacement didn't work. The credit for shipping a second faulty product never arrived. STAY AWAY FROM THIS VENDOR!
I ordered the factory refurbished AT&T #933 2-Line Speakerphone for $47.99. It arrived timely. It didn't work and a cable and instructions were missing. I sent it back for replacement, paying $11.36 for shipping. The replacement phone arrived timely. It didn't work either. It was missing a cable. I spent $59.35 for a phone that doesn't work.
I called 101Phones customer service, twice. The first call was on a weekend and the representative said he didn't have the authority to send a replacement part. He said I would have to speak with a supervisor. I called back during the week. The supervisor said she could not send a replacement part (handset) but would credit my PayPal account for shipping the phone back a second time. She didn't credit the account. I wasn't about to sink another $11.36 of my money into this transaction.
Bad products and bad customer service... I'll never do business with them again. I would warn to to stay away.

"Buyer beware! This company is not legitimate. First, I ordered a NEW phone accessory and they sent me one that was used. I called to get an exchange and they claimed it was new, just in "bulk packaging". I told them that was not true, as I had gone on the manufacturer's website to update the software and it showed a previous owner's contacts. They apologized and said it must have been "pulled from the wrong bin", and sent me an exchange ticket, requiring ME to pay the postage and insurance to return, claiming they would credit my account. Well, after numerous follow up calls, all I got was lies upon lies and my order was "cancelled" twice. Finally, they credited my card for the product, but not for shipping/insurance, claiming they could not fill my order, but refused to refund shipping charges, since I did not do an "exchange". Every time I call I get a different story; guess I am lucky to have at least gotten my original purchase price back. "

"My father ordered me Bose headphones and they sent the cheap ones and charged him for the most expensive ones. When I called I could not understand the rep because he was from another country I asked to speak to a supervisor and he hung up on me. I called back and got someone else and he told me I didn't know what I was talking about and there was nothing he could do. I'm going to have my dad dispute the credit card charges. "

"I don't see the review that I tried to post, so this may be a repeat...
I ordered a Motorola HX520 Bluetooth headset. It arrived DOA. Returned it a my expense and received another defective unit. Called and talked to David, who refused to accept it back for refund without charging a 15% restocking fee. When I told him that I refused to pay a restocking fee, and had read all these negative reviews, he hung up the phone.

I recommend simply disputing the charge with your credit card company.

"One word to describe them. Thieves. I found them on the net, they had good prices and the item I wanted was a BT headset. It was "Bulk" packaged so I called them to see what "Bulk Packaged" was. I was told the item is brand new with all parts, its just in a non OEM packaging. Ok so I ordered. It came in a cheap postal envelope and the headset was in a zip lock bag. The headset was missing 2 ear gels, it should of came with 3 total (small, med. lg) but only had one and no manual. I called them to see if they can send me the missing parts. The guy on the phone was useless, he told me that it was bulk and there was no description on their site that said it came with 3 ear gels so there is nothing he could do. I told him this is not new as its missing the parts and I was being mis-represented. We battled back and forth to no success. I was transferred to customer service where I asked for a refund and they said sure. I guess they did not need my business but oh wait, it gets better. They have a restocking fee, I lost $9 from this fee for them to take it and put the headset into another zip lock bag. Really do yourself a favor and stay away from them, even though its tempting due to the low prices but you get what you pay for."

"Horrible. I ordered a bluetooth device for my phone, transaction was smooth, received the device in a reasonable amount of time. They obviously grabbed the device and its parts out of a bag of a thousand because they were all thrown in a clear plastic bag, including device, charger, and rubber earpiece. The problem was, the rubber earpiece was not made for this phone, it was round, generic, and does not fit in ones ear. Looking at the images online of this device it was clear they just threw any old rubber ear piece into the bag and then shipped it.

I sent an email asking for the correct earpiece, no response. I called three separate times, and in all three instances when I reached a rep I was told by him "I am currently finishing another call can I place you on hold for a while", yes, "a while". Why was I taken away from the queue with their wonderful hold music to be put on a "beep beep" hold? I waited 30 minutes each time and never got to speak to a person again.

Terrible customer service, buyers beware.
