"Dear sir,

The hard drive, $100 item, was tightly wrapped and forced to a tiny priority box with no room for absorbing impacts during shipment. This is an old trick from ebay from about 10 years ago saving you on shipping. Geez, this is not how you pack a fragile hard drive!!!!

The package is not even labeled as fragile!!! You shipped it the same way you would ship a brick.

The glossy air tight packaging of the hard drive is all scuffed. Did you drag it through the floor before shipping or it got all beaten up in the tight package?

Have you ever ordered hard drive online? Have you noticed how it is packaged?

This is not acceptable."

"I ordered the Chaintech Av-710 5.1 Sound card from 11cb.com on Sat. Fed-26-05 -- they shipped on Monday Feb-28 through FedEx ground. Throughout the process, I was notified about the order placed and shipment using email. I also called Customer Service on Monday Feb.28 morning to verify if they received my order and they have all the inventory in stock (the merchant reviews in past on this website were not great, so I did this). No one picked up the phone till about 11am CT (they claim to open at 9am CT) but at 11am, some guy finally picked the phone and assured me that the part will be shipped by 4pm and I should receive it within 2 days. Overall, my experience was very good. The box was professionally packed, and the sound card came in retail pack (the tape/shrinkwrap were missing, but they seemed new when I opened it, and the sound card worked perfectly too)."
