"I just ordered 2 256 megs sticks of rambus memory. So far I'm pleased with the email response to various questions. They either responded within a few hours if it was during business hours, or the following morning. updates to follow.
On a side note It may help if they have someone answering the phones who can speak english a bit better, or with a less heavy accent. I wound up emailing to get the questions I had answered.
2/12 order shipped after 24hr burn in test. so far so good. Time to see how fast fedex is...
update 2/17 memory rec'd, well packaged. Installed in system system does not boot. Replaced with pc800 and system, boots. Either ram is defective (even though I spent $5 more for 24hr burn in??)or incompatible with my abit TH7 Raid...which lists pc600 as compatible with the board. now it will be another few weeks while I ship it back, and wait for them to ship me replacements sticks. Pity they do not cross ship. Next time I'll do newegg, at least they cross ship and they use fedex express(2-3 days), not ground with takes 5-6.
2-23 update..replacement will be shipping..but apparently iwon't be refunded the burnin fee, and I also have to pay shipping back to me. Well lesson learned. Should have stayed with newegg. You've lost me as a customer, and any recommendations I would have given.

Keeps saying they aren't responsible for additional charges when they use UPS and UPS clearly gives them all their policy and pricing information. So either the billion dollar company UPS is lying or its these people, I know for a fact its these people.
UPS labelled them as irresponsible, and one of many companies that don't disclose information to their customers which benefits the company's pockets. They could careless about being honest and disclosing proper shipping information, because they make their money and don't care about customers. Never buy from these people, they don't deserve anyone's hard earned money. Crooks in every sense.
If you want to be cheated, lied to and scammed this is the best place to go.
