"The initial order arrived promptly and the on-line ordering process was easy. However,
when the order arrived one of the cartridges would not work in the printer even though it was the right one for the HP printer. The second in that order worked just fine. I called about the defective cartridge and was quickly sent a replacement and return pre-paid mailer. Unfortunately, the replacement was leaking ink into the plastic bag covering and got all over me. I called back and have been told another will be shipped out. I returned both the defective ones together in the return mailer to save postage and expedite the return.
My concern at this point is quality control with 123inkjets. The service is great, but so far the products are inferior."

"One cartridge prints very light and is not satisfactory.
It is used for printing postage labels and just barely squeaks by,
and just seems like it won't last very long.
It was one of the two alike that I purchased.
Others have not been opened yet.
I would hesitate to order from you again.
Really think I should get a free replacement.
