"Color ink cartridge was empty. I called and was told to put cartridge in paper towel that had been placed in hot water for about 3 minutes to get ink flowing; this did not work. I still do not have color ink. Am calling when I can to get a new color cartridge; needed the color ink when I ordered it and had to somewhere else to copy needed material."
