"My printer stopped printing :( From research it says remanufactered cartidges are not good and buying hp new cartridges would be better."

"POOR customer service. I ordered a cartridge that did not fit my printer. When I called to return it, I was told they couldn't accept it without my printer model number. Since I was calling from work and the printer was at home, I was unable to provide this. I checked the return policy for remanufactured items and it says this:
Remanufactured Cartridges - Opened remanufactured cartridges may be returned within 365 days of purchase for a replacement cartridge or a full refund of the purchase price. Please keep in mind that shipping charges are not refundable. Contact us at ***-***-**** M-F 7am-6pm and Saturdays 8am-4pm PST to set up a replacement or return.
No mention of printer info needed. I would have ordered a replacement, but I don't like the way I was treated. As a suggestion, if info is needed to process a return/replacement: PUT IT IN YOUR POLICY. Another case of a company that wants to make it so difficult and cumbersome to return a product, they are hoping you give up and keep it."
