The pricing is very fair for reconditioned printer cartridges - I was able to purchase the 9 pack for slightly more than it would have cost me for 3 brand name cartridges at a store. The cartridges fit my printer just like brand name (I have already inserted one into my printer) and my print quality is just as it was when I used OEM cartridges. In my opinion, you can't go wrong with a purchase from 123inkjets!"

thinking we would probably encounter a problem with the change in brands, equipment etc, we were surprised to find the quality was the same great way as the other. The sell was great and if for ANY mistakes no matter if it ours ours or theirs they got the problem solved right then and there. We just bought a HP 8600 and am about to place an ink order, the ink for this machine is at least twice as expensive but unlike other ink companies, they carry a full line of supplies for this machine as well.
What we don't get from 123 Inkjets is...a hassle...poor customer service...delays...excuses. Guess they are and will always be our go to guys!!"

"Thus far I have been very satisfied with 123 Ink Jets. I have purchased on line but usually go to the shop on Olive Street in downtown Los Angeles. This time I purchased on line and the order came very quickly. At first I thought the order had not gone through as I browsed through the offerings sent and when I completed doing that my order page had vanished. I wrote an email to the company about this but when I had completed it and went to my mailbox the order confirmation was there. Later I received an email regarding this so I phoned and told them that I had received their email but the order had been placed. You do your best to provide good service to your customers so THANK YOU."
