"Customer service is great! I called and spoke with Jennifer many times over a three month period before I finally placed my order. She was very helpful in helping me choose the right system for my application. She was always friendly and courteous and had very good knowledge of their products. After installing the system I decided I wanted more cameras and a few better cameras than I originally ordered. I understood the returned cameras had to be boxed with all items as originally received. I received credit for the returned items within three days. I am really enjoying having a quality surveillance system around my home and business. This company, and Jennifer, have been great to deal with. For what it's worth, I like the Cantek products better than some of the more recognized name brand products."

"I purchased a security system package in Feb. 2012, returned it unused in its original packaging, and purchased a system from them with twice the capacity for 2x the cost. 123 security refunded only 1/3 of the purchase price for the returned items. After contacting , Irene, Maria and Karen at 123 at least 8 times in the past two months they promised to return the original security system to me but they have not complied with their promises. Their sales people are not knowledgeable and thier management/owner has not corrected this problem as she has promised. 123 security can not be trusted, they have 0 customer service, and ripped me off for $330.
