I purchased 3 DVRs and got the run around on ship dates. First they said the units shipped direct from the mfg. I canceled the order after waiting 2 1/2 weeks for ship dates and then 3 days later we received 2 DVRs. 123 had no clue. They then said that the other DVR was at their location and was defective when they told me earlier the units would ship direct from Samsung.
They issued me a credit memo but as of 4/13/2011 (3 weeks) they have not credited my credit card account. They keep telling me it's the credit card companies fault. Yeah, right.
