Terrible customer service

"Terrible customer service. I ordered dog beds and a small item, it was a really good price. The shipping information said they shipped late but nothing else. After waiting, I received my package. To my surprise no dog beds just the small item and a packing slip that said "refunded OOS" I contacted customer service Dawn she said our vendor did not send the expected inventory as expected. She had no reason I was not contacted or refunded. She seemed to not care at all their customer was upset because they failed to contact me about their problem. When I told Dawn I thought she was not helping me and I felt she could not care less about this issue she proved it by not responding further. They have good prices but you may not get what you wanted. This company is a gamble, good luck. "

Bad experience

"I bought a sunglass set of 8 on this site. The item arrived very late. The item that I recorded was a joke. It had two kids sunglasses. The others were those that I believe were not sold for ages and so were sold as clearance faded and with scratches. They claim these are high quality sunglasses that you buy at Target or TJ Maxx for 20 to 30 dollars per each. I would say the dollar stores have better ones than these. Going straight to the trash to about spending money and time on returning. Guess you get what you pay for. "

Jammin Butter company is a fraud - Terrible customer service - JUNK

"The customer service is the worst. They are cocky, they lie, they dump customers and cancel accounts rather than resolve the issues and admit mistakes. Their advertising is fraudulent. That's what I reported them about. They advertised the Snack With Me box as an $89.99 value for $29.99, however, the three boxes I received were barely a retail value of $50 worth of expired or expiring soon crap that didn't sell. Their excuse?

"As for the Value of the items you receive vs the value of what we have posted at $89.99. Please note, we do an average for the value of the items we send. Each monthly box will vary in items as well as value. There will be months when the value is 89.99+ and then month when it may be $50+. Regardless, you will always have more product and value than what is spent on the box."

However, the average of three boxes was still about $50 worth of crap. Still false advertising.


Since I reported them they cancelled my other subscription box account that I had not issue with. Here is how this company responds to customers. "Why would we keep you as a customer when you are expressing your unhappiness with us. You called us a fraud company and said we should get fined over a food box. We as a company have the right to cancel a customer account at any time, just like you have the right to flood our Facebook with complaints, report issues to the BBB and leave whatever review you’d like about the service. The internet is full of complaints. That's what people do best, however we have been in business for over 10 years and will continue. Your complains have been forwarded, documented and noted. However, we still aren’t accepting your business. Your suggestion to change the ad was sent to that department, as I have no say in any of that."

In the end they LOSE $40 a month because of their arrogance. I save $40. Looks like it's a win win for me. No more CRAP and $40 more a month!

"The items you get are not what you pay for. You choose not to sign up for their spam emails, yet they spam you. This company is a fraud. They sell cheap knock offs. Beware "

I waited over two months for my purchase. I eventually had to cancel.

"I waited over two months for my purchase. I eventually had to cancel part of my order. Customer service took two weeks to respond. I was told my order was being held up by one item being out of stock. I asked that what was in stock be shipped... no response. The sites tracking would say it shipped, but my USPS tracking would say it hadn't. They offered 10% off as a resolution. Previous to this I had several orders from 13deals.com with no problem. I will not order from them again and I suggest you do not either"

Terrible customer service

" They have a rewards program; with every order you get points and redeem points for various items. One representative I talked with said that all items can be redeemed on one “new order”. During checkout there is only one spot for a promo code (reward item). When I inquired how to add multiple item the rep said that I can only use one code per order and there nothing to be done!!!! Mind you at this point I have had this subscription for 3 years or so. I asked to have my membership canceled and with pleasure it was handled in less than a min. I was astonished by the lack of customer support"

This company used to be great. Something has happened, they are not the same

"I have placed about 10 orders with them. Always quick ship and quick replacement/refund if there was a problem.
That was then, now when they say the product will ship immediately does not really seem to be true. I order a product which "ships immediately" and now a week later, pending shippment. I still see it being advertised with inventory available.
Another item has been pending shippment since 7/24/18, today is 9/30/18
This is how you go from 5 star to 1 star.

Stay away from 13Deals - they steal my $s

"13 Deals deserves "0" star if that's available as rating. I bought a Bluetooth Wireless Sport Headphones: product has terrible design and poor quality, and it hurts my ears. So I requested a return. It took them *2 weeks* to respond to me, and told me that once the item is opened and used, it cannot be returned. That is equivalent to saying they would never accept return - without opening it, how would you know it's a piece of junk?. The item is simply unusable. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SELLER!"

"bought 3 torch lighters, only 1 worked. When I told them about it, they sent me 1 in the mail, to replace the 2? Guess what. It didn't work either. I tried to get my money back through pay pal, and pay pal sided with them. That was a mistake by pay pal. They make 3% off every merchant I buy from, and they just lost a lot more than the $6 in future business from me. 2 companies I won't use again."

Rip off site!

"This is now the second time I have been sent something that is not what they advertised on the site. The first time, I think they sent me the wrong version, like the basic version of sunglasses instead of the more premium version I ordered. The second time, it was a blatant lie, and now they don't reply to my emails asking to return the products. Scam."

Product (Cabana towels) would not qualify as seconds.

"Wish I had checked this site first! The towels that were received were poor quality. They had frayed edges and 'pulled' sections. My wife will never will never let me forget my 'junk' purchase."

Don’t use 13deals.com

"Led light arrived dead. Had four batteries and the “battery guard” was not present and they shipped it in a sack and the light was on upon arrival (thus the dead batteries). I asked for an exchange or refund. They offered a 10% discount, which is 60 cents. 4 batteries are around $3 bucks, plus I would have to go get the batteries. I said no and they said I could ship it back at my cost. Crazy as it arrived dead!!!! Do not use!! "

used to be good

"Used to be a good place to shop for cheap products as I have bought from them many times. I placed an order a month ago and it was just shipped a few days ago. I don't know what happened to this store. I may try one more time and see what happens as I am forgiving. Some thing may have gone wrong on their end and they didn't see the order right away. "
