These go unanswered as well as their online form and e mails. I had to contact American Express to get my money back and file complaints with BBB and FTC. Similar complaints on BBB are filed also by others. I will never order from any of their companies again. These are ThatDailyDeal, Jamminbutter, 13deals, HoboNinja, SirMacho and 7deadlydeals. "I RARELY find a lower price on anything they sell. The one occasion I needed to deal with customer service the girl with the southern accent (can't remember her name) was very helpful and kind. Can't say enough good things about them."
"I use unique email addresses for all internet sites. Recently discovered a 450 buck dollar charge through paypal using my credit card to someone in russia - email confirmation to the unique 13deals website email.
-- To 13D support: You don't have to store the cards - someone could have hacked your site or cart software to collect the data as it got entered. guess paypal could have been hacked

"Great service! The 3 of the 4 products arrived promptly and were exactly as described. The box however looked to be abused by UPS and one item was broken, I'm sure as a result. Contacted the store via the chat on their website and got a replacement the very next day. Highly satisfied :)"

"Sent wrong size of gloves. The order invoice says large mens so why was mens medium sent.. No customer service # .. Unfortunately gonna have to file dispute with credit card issuer. Totally sucks people cant read or could care less.. Btw took 13 days to arrive , feel like this company is run like crap.. Shall see but Im doubting they have the ability to fix resolve or fullfill my needs , THUS far I'd really rate them 1 star out of 10 not 1 out of 5. December 6th and still no email back ...
