"Ordered Easter candy on 03-16 for Easter on 04-01. In these days of e-commerce, places ship fast, but not this place!
Customer service takes a week to respond.
Shipping takes a long time (they are proud of their FAQ which states shipping within 10 BUSINESS days, and you can bet it will take that long!)
They charge immediately, then ship whenever. You may get faster shipping if you complain quickly after ordering, but maybe not.
Easter candy arrived in a messy box--- AFTER Easter!

"This company never ships anything, although they will supply you with a tracking number to nowhere. They charge you immediately even though they might not ship for months. They sell stuff they don't have in stock and still charge you. You cant cancel memberships online. The owner is the only one who can make and ship a mystery box, out of town oh well, you lose! If you are thinking of using this company, there is a reason for so many negative reviews! 9 years of doing things wrong and they are still in business. I have had to dispute everything with my credit card companies!"
"Ordered $100 worth of items with a promised delivery time of 3-8 days. Took a month for some of the items to arrive and 7 weeks later, the others still have not arrived. Tracking number never changed since the first day when it indicated items were shipping (obviously not true). Customer service (an oxymoron) never responded until I asked for a refund. Then rapidly (probably not) mailed a part of my order.
When I received items, many broke upon mAh inspection. I tested batteries that were promised to be 3800 mAh my Opus BT-C3100 tester showed them to be 1/12 of that capacity (300 mAh).
Since sending only part of my order 7 weeks ago I have not been updated on the status of my purchases. Now I have requested a refund and still await a response on that matter. Will NEVER support this company with another purchase. "

"After 6 weeks of ordering over $250 in merchandise, nothing had arrived. I had to open a case with Paypal to get my money back. They cancelled half my orders, then shipped the rest all in one box. It wasn't packed properly, so items were broken. Some items were missing and the rest looked like they were used returns. They don't answer their phone or e-mail and get very nasty & rude when you try to get your money back. Don't waste your time. m"

"Here's my personal experience with this site. I signed up for the Mini Mystery Box of Awesome because I wanted to try out subscription boxes. For 10 dollars a month thatdailydeal.com will send you random stuff that should value over 10 dollars. As a subscriber of the mystery box you get 20% off of everything at 13deals.com. I originally thought this was awesome, but my mystery box also took a long time to ship like others have complained about. When I placed my first order through 13deals.com on 10/05 my purchase confirmation told me that order would ship with the mystery box which doesn't go out until 10/13. I was irked as I had no idea until after purchase they would hold my order for 8 days(they charged account immediately though). So when the 13th came my orders are still pending and I just got the email that it is "shipped" on 10/20. I'm sure when I check tracking it also has not actually been released to FedEx yet. I get that things taking longer is the trade off for really cheap stuff but they had a month to prepare for my subscription box and 8 extra days to send my order that goes with the box and it still takes another week for them to get their poop in a group? In the times of 2 day amazon shipping people should not have to wait 3-4 weeks to get their orders. Is it legal? Yes. Is it ethical? Absolutely not to collect payment and delay shipping for weeks. I will not order from them again and I am cancelling the subscription. "
"I have never had a company do this, but they ask for a verification of your address if your order is over $100. They emailed me with this request, which I responded to. Two months later, I had no product but noticed that they did charge my card. Every reputable company does not charge you until they actually ship your product. I did a live chat with a customer service rep because they refuse to take phone calls, and they kept telling me they never received my address verification email. In that case, they should NEVER have charged my credit card. They did issue me a full refund because they no longer have the product, but I will never shop with this company again. I asked if they would do anything more to rectify this situation, such as offer me a discount on future orders, considering that this was a large order and anything I order in the future would be too, but they would not. I also noticed through online reviews that this is a very common issue with this company, so I would advise potential customers to stay away!"
