I ordered flea medication for my dog which cost $71.98 the money was taken out of my account and I never recieved the order. I've called by phone 4 times leaving voicemails, I've emailed and still no response from this company. it has been 2 weeks since my order. On there website it states its 4-6 business days for shipping, which is a lie. Also it says 24 hour 7 day a week 365 days a year for there contact number, again another LIE! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND NOT SEND YOUR ORDER. BE AWARE of these scamers. Im going to do everything I can to go higher up because I'm not the first and won't be the last. Never will I do business with these fraudulently people again!"

"Wish I had read the previous reviews prior to making a purchase with 1800FrontLine. It was definitely a scam. The website clearly promises 1st Class shipping, however, after much waiting and I still have not received the FrontLine, I can promise you that they do not use 1st Class shipping or even ship the product at all. I have called their Customer Service line and am always sent to voicemail, to which they never respond. I have sent numerous emails which they have promised to respond in 24-48 hours, but never do. Attempted to use the "Live" chat, but they are always off-line.
Buy some where else!
You will save yourself lots of time and hassle. This site is not worth and will scam you of your money. Purchase from any other pet website and your order will arrive in just a few days and there will always be someone to answer your call or email."
"I ordered my flea medication on March 23, 2012. Today is April 2nd and I have yet to receive my product. When I check the status of my order, it says "Awaiting Dispatch." I have tried to contact the company 5 times in the past two days and have been unsuccessful. The company seems uninterested in contacting me. I will probably have to dispute the charge with my credit card company to get my money back. Guess I should have ordered from another website. Very disappointed and dogs still have fleas and ticks. "

"I ordered over a hundred dollars worth of products from 1800frontline on March 8th and haven't seen or heard hide nor hair from them responding to my numerous phone complaints. I went against my better judgement to save a few bucks... Never again!!! Believe me, it isn't worth it!!! If I don't get some action taken in this case I will cancel my "order" to this fly by night "organization" (if I can actually get in contact with this person(s))and go with a more professional and staffed pet medicine company. Pitiful in every way, just pitiful... ZERO STARS

"They are definatly bogus! I placed an order on March 7th and have not recieved the order. The funds came out of my account on March 8th. I have placed numerous calls and sent 10 emails and get no response. I am now trying to dispute the charge on my credit card. I tried doing a review on their website and the response comes back that all submissions are moderated and if approved yours will appear! No wonder only the good reviews show up on their site! I also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau."
"Worst online ordering experience EVER!! I placed my order on 2/25/12 and I have STILL not received it. I have made numerous attempts to contact customer service by phone and email and I have not been responded to by anyone. When I sent the first email, I received an automated email saying I would be responded to in 24-48 hours. Five days passed, and I heard from no one. I sent another email and waited a week, and again, NOTHING. I then decided to call customer service and was never able to talk to an ACTUAL PERSON. A recording comes on every single time you call, no matter what time of day, and asks you to leave a message with your name, number and email address and they will get back to you. It has been WEEKS and I have left several messages and no one has called me back. The payment has been deducted from my account and I am still without the merchandise I ordered. I even had to file a claim with my credit card company because I don't think anyone should have to pay for a product that they did not receive. The fact that it is IMPOSSIBLE to contact anyone regarding your order seems extremely fishy to me. I am beyond frustrated with this company and I really wish I would've found the reviews on this website before I placed my order. It sounds like a lot of people have gone through the same thing I am. The reviews on the actual company website are almost all positive and have to be falsely generated. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! Spend the extra money elsewhere. It's worth it to avoid going through what I and others have."
