"Scam!!!!!!!, my order should have been here over a week ago. No communication, phone lines are busy, they say to leave a message and they will call you back, well good luck. Will not answer email or phone messages 24 hour 365 days a year customer service a lie. Read the legal notice under contact us, this should give you a clue to what type of operation this is. Already contacted credit card company. Do not order from this company!!!!!!"

"Same problem here. Ordered more than 2 weeks ago - haven't received a thing. Try to call the customer service department - no one picks up the phone. I'm going to send an email and I will give them 24hours to respond before I call AMEX to dispute the charge. "

"I ordered from Frontline on 2/25 and still have not received the medicine for my dogs. I called and left two voice mails and an email and still have not gotten a hold of them. I'm really unsure of how they got such high reviews. I would definitely pay the extra money to have the shipment come in a timely fashion. 1800Frontline, at least let me know whats going on!"

"Placed my order on 2-29. NOthing yet. Called and could not reach a human, only left a message. Starting to have a sick feeling in my stomach that this website has stolen $240.oo from me.

Most suspicous is when you press 1 for customer service hours, it does not give them to you.

"Hi,
My experience with 1800frontline sounds like alot of others I
have read on these reviews. I placed my order on Feb. 26th
money was deducted the next day, it is now March 13th still
nothing, can't get in touch with anyone, can never get the online chat,it's always offline, I have left a message, and an
e-mail. have'nt heard anything. I'm thinking I am not going to
receive anything. So much for the 4-6 day shipping.

"so far, really bad. We ordered over $100 of frontline, our credit card was charged and nothing has been delivered (close to 2 weeks). When I called the customer service number, the mailbox was full. Giving them 2 more days - then calling the BBB."

"So glad I went with my gut and used my credit card to get that frontline! Still have not received it and I ordered two weeks ago. They've never emailed me back either! I filed a dispute with my credit card and they refunded me all the money! Still irritating though!! Do NOT Order from this company. They need to be shut down! I will be filing a claim with BBB as well."

"HORRIBLE!!! I wish it were possible to rate this company with negative stars! I order my products a week and a half ago, and have YET to hear any response to emails or phone messages left with customer service. I have no record if the products have even shipped, and NO ONE answers or returns calls/emails. They sure charged my credit card very promptly to get their money though!!I will be contacting my credit card company Monday to demand my refund for this fraudulent company. RUN, RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! Don't let the name of 1800frontline fool you to think this is an "official" Frontline retailer!!"
